Olivia Cloke

Olivia works within our Family Law team, supporting clients through separation, divorce, financial matters and arrangements concerning children.

​

She works closely with Faezeh Beheshti, Christopher Eddison-Cogan and the wider legal team in preparing cases, reviewing documents, managing correspondence and helping matters progress in a structured and proportionate way.

​

Family law often involves much more than the legal issues alone. Clients may be dealing with significant personal change, uncertainty about children or finances, and difficult communication with a former partner. Olivia’s approach is calm, organised and attentive, helping clients understand what is happening and what needs to happen next.

​

Olivia also assists Abir Divanizadeh with the firm’s private client and family agreement work where appropriate, including wills, family loans and related documentation.

​

Working as part of a solicitor-led team, Olivia helps ensure that matters are carefully prepared, communications remain clear and clients receive consistent support throughout their case.
